The course’s main feature characteristic are the presence of the “beach” bunkers that allows the sand to meet the water’s edge of the lake, providing a wonderful contrasting display of blue water, white sand and manicured green fairways.  

The large, sloping greens are receptive to a well-struck shot, however, they are guarded by strategically-placed bunkers which will challenge the shot-making skills for players of all levels. The Golf Course was designed by architect, Peter Rousseau of P + Z Designs, this 18 hole golf course presents the traditional values and solid approach that is forever exciting and challenging to play; one that will certainly stand the test of time. The shaping is paramount to insure everything flows from element to element without ends or beginnings. Everything ties in together to form a natural appearance. The design incorporates a good mix of the four basic design presentations of:

    Strategic – Offering multiple lines of play
    Penal – Requiring forced carries
    Heroic – Bite off as much as you dare
    Freeway – All hazards are on the sides.

The Architect has created visual interest by finding the right balance of blending together colors, textures, heights and elements of stone, water, sand, grass and trees to provide a great variety that defines each and every individual hole. The end result is a truly great golf course for all levels and abilities to enjoy the golfing experience. The renowned company of Graham Taylor Design designed the Club house suitable for the discerning membership of this private member’s club.
